For the sensor-tech startup Sensara, I explored meaningful uses of the data collected by sensors linked to the internet (IoT) and helped design a system that keeps you informed of the status of your home and the presence of your family members.

The mobile app (native) I designed, from concept to final assets, tells you when doors or

windows are left open, devices are left on unattended or when a child has returned home.

The challenge in this project was to add value without being intrusive or violating someone’s privacy. Therefore, the user was closely involved in the development.
